General system :

  o BUGFIX: When the artwork layer delete tool was used, the browser window did not update to reflect
    the changes made to the artwork.

  o CHANGE: When the 'Parts' folder is clicked in the navigator pane, the properties window will now show the count of
    parts on the top and bottom sides of the board, not just the total.

  o CHANGE: The fields displayed in the parts properties pane have been renamed/reordered to be more consistent with the
    column naming/ordering within the parts list editor.

Parts list editor :

  o BUGFIX: If a part was deleted from the parts list, and then Ctrl-Z was pressed to undo the action, then an
    'improper argument' error occurred.

  o BUGFIX: The cursor was moving erratically when moving between editor columns if some optional fields
    had their visibility switched off.

Artwork editor :

  o BUGFIX: The parts placement tray builder "search by expression" field accepted lower case prefixes and then
    did a case sensitive search for parts to add to the tray.  This always failed as all parts references are
    forced to have upper case characters.  The search expression field now converts all letters to upper case
    on entry.

  o CHANGE: Part place/move commands now update the properties pane to show the attributes of the part being manipulated.

NC Drill & Rout output tool :

  o BUGFIX: NC Drill & Rout output in RS-274X (Gerber) format was always in inch units even if metric mode
    was selected.
